What is Evergelly?
Evergelly is a Melbourne-based beauty brand that brings salon-quality soft gel nail systems straight to your home. Our DIY UV-activated nail kits are designed to be beginner-friendly, long-lasting, and cost-effective - giving you professional results without the salon visit.
What makes Evergelly different?
Unlike standard press-ons that rely on nail tabs or regular glue, Evergelly kits include a UV light and UV gel formula that mimic salon-grade application and strength. This ensures your nails feel lighter, last longer, and shine like a true gel manicure - all from the comfort of your home.
Are Evergelly products cruelty-free?
Yes. Our products are cruelty-free and not tested on animals.
Do your products contain MMA (Methyl Methacrylate)?
No. Evergelly’s formulas are 100% MMA-free, safe for natural nails, and comply with Australian cosmetic safety standards.

How long do Evergelly nails last?
When applied correctly and cured fully under the UV lamp, your set can last up to four weeks with minimal lifting.
How do I apply the nails?
- Press - Apply UV Nail Glue and position the tip.
- Cure - Cure under the UV lamp until fully dry.
- Shine - Apply builder gel and top coat, curing between each layer.

How do I remove Evergelly nails?
Use an acetone-based remover until softened, then lift gently. Avoid peeling or prying.
Can I customise the length or shape?
Yes. The tips are fully customisable - trim or file to your preferred length and shape.
Can I reuse the nails?
Reusing nails is not recommended for hygiene reasons. Soft gel nails are designed for semi-permanent wear and may lose fit or integrity once removed. Each kit includes enough supplies for up to 10 complete sets.
Where do you ship?
We currently offer free shipping Australia-wide. We do not ship internationally at this stage.
How long will my order take to arrive?
All orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, delivery follows standard Australia Post timeframes, typically:
- 3–7 business days for metro areas
- 5–10 business days for regional or remote locations
You will receive a tracking link by email once your order has been dispatched.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns or offer replacements for faulty or damaged items in line with Australian Consumer Law.
Change-of-mind returns are not accepted. Please check your order carefully before checkout.
How do I report a faulty or damaged item?
- Email contact@evergelly.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos showing the fault.
- Once assessed and approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
What is considered a faulty item?
- Item arrived broken, leaking, or unusable
- A key component of the kit does not function as intended
- An item is missing from the package
Normal wear and tear, user damage, or dissatisfaction with colour or shape are not considered faults.
Can I return or exchange an opened or used kit?
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used kits cannot be returned or exchanged unless confirmed to be faulty.
Who covers return shipping costs?
If the product is confirmed faulty or damaged, Evergelly will cover all return or replacement shipping costs.
